Se pare ca nu. http://www.dnaindia.com/report.asp?NewsID=1054541 LONDON: Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond was transferred out of intensive care on Friday as doctors said he was making satisfactory progress, after suffering brain injuries in a high-speed crash. On Friday morning, he was moved out of intensive care onto a high dependency unit, said a spokesman at Leeds General Infirmary. No details about Hammond's condition were being released at the request of his family. The 36-year-old was badly injured on Wednesday when he crashed a jet-powered dragster as he accelerated towards 300 mph in a feature being filmed for the show. He suffered what his doctors have called a significant brain injury as a result of the accident at an RAF airfield near York. Although doctors remain concerned about his condition, they have said they are reasonably optimistic that he will make a good recovery. The accident is being jointly investigated by police and the Health and Safety Executive. An HSE spokesman said on Friday its officers were focusing on the events that led-up to the incident, the planning for the dragster dash, the risk assessment undertaken and whether Hammond received any special training with jet-powered cars. "We will look at the film footage, but at the moment we are concentrating on what activity took place prior to the accident," the spokesman said. Police have taken the Vampire jet-car away for forensic examination and have been looking at the state of the track. Media reports have said a burst tyre may have caused the crash. The BBC in a statement said it was co-operating with the investigations. It could face possible prosecution if the HSE finds proper safety precautions were not taken. Hammond had been filming at the Elvington airfield in what media reports said was an attempt to break the British land speed record of 300.3 mph, when the accident happened. But a spokesman for the car's sponsor, auto accessory maker Thule, has said that although timers were in place to record Hammond's speed, it would not have qualified as an official record attempt. Whatever the outcome of the investigations, it may be that Top Gear in its current format could be axed if criticism mounts about the show's daredevil stunts. Neurosurgeon John Firth, of Nottingham, said that regaining consciousness or being able to speak immediately after such an accident would point towards the brain beginning to fight back against the initial injury. But he said that the next 10 days could be crucial in determining the outcome with doctors likely to be on the look-out for swelling, haemorrhaging or clots. Mr Firth, who serves on a panel of experts for the brain injury association Headway, said: "The basic rule is if the person talks again then what we are looking for is a good recovery. "If enough of their brain is working to be able to talk and start to wake up, hopefully the basic condition of the brain is such that if you can overcome all the other problems you can make a good recovery. "You can have the most horrific crash and make a good recovery or have seemingly trivial head injuries which kill you - and they can kill you either by the brain swelling or by it bleeding inside the head and forming a haematoma." He said complications such as swelling were common in such cases but praised the skills on offer at the Leeds General Infirmary which he described as having an international reputation. "It can easily take 10 days before one is out of the woods, you can have haemorrhaging inside the brain quite commonly up to 10 days later," he said. 16 milioane lei pret final cu butelie "clasica" (cilindrica) de 50 litri. Exista optiunea montarii unei butelii de 90 litri sau a unei butelii toroidale pentru un pret suplimentar, dar cea de 90 litri se pare ca este prea grea pentru puntea spate, iar cea toroidala prea mica.

Asta e o aberatie, nu au ce sa comenteze la identificare decat la seria sasiu si seria motor. Restul se discuta la inspectia tehnica periodica. Pentru a cita pe cineva care stie ce zice: "la identificare poti sa te duci si cu motorul+caroseria in brate".

Sincer sa fiu, ma asteptam la flashuri la greu. N-am primit insa nici unul, in 180 km de drum cu trafic destul de aglomerat. Nu bat "lung", asa cum bate faza lunga (deci nu pot inlocui faza lunga), dar bat mult mai luminos acolo unde bat. Marcajele rutiere, semnele de circulatie se vad mai de departe si sunt mult mai vizibile (cand trec peste o trecere de pietoni nou vopsita parca se aprinde asfaltul sub mine). Singurul dezavantaj gasit pana acum este ca orice mizerie (urma de deget, jeg) pe parbriz se vede mult mai suparator decat cu lumina dinainte

No, fara alte detalii ... Moeciu, pensiunea Cristina/Clinciu in functie de cati ne strangem pana atunci pana gasim o alta locatie noua care sa nu ne mai faca surprize, mergem pe ceva sigur si stiut. Let the and begin !

No, ma abureste si pe mine, dar intr-un fel destul de ciudat. Daca ventilatia este data in pozitia "spre parbriz" (ultima de la capatul rozetei), parbrizul se abureste (ca si cum un aer cald si umed ar lovi ceva rece), dar ... PE EXTERIOR daca dau din stergatoare o data, dispare abureala ... si apare la loc in cateva minute. Pana la urma, renunta sa mai apara. Vreo idee ?

S-au strans ceva gadgeturi prin masina, si as vrea sa le fac partea de alimentare fixa pe masina, ca sa nu mai umblu toata ziua cu n-shpe mii de cabluri adaptoare, toate tragandu-si curentul din biata bricheta. Probleme: 1. Cum sa alimentez ? ma gandeam la 1 fir tras direct de la baterie, adus undeva in bord, si de-acolo leg in paralel pe el cablurile de alimentare pentru diverse (GPS, telefon mobil, detector, etc). 2. Cum sa inlocuiesc alimentatoarele device-urilor ? ca toate se alimenteaza la 12 V, dar unul scoate 5 V, altul 7 V, si asa mai departe. 3. Pe unde sa scot firele in bord, spre suportul de telefon mobil de exemplu ? prin torpedo, printre aeratoare ... aici sunt cam in pana de idei.

Espero non-euro, cu sonda lambda. Instalatie BRC, cu electronica STAG-100, montata la Ramnicu Valcea la AdiAuto SRL (recomandarea lui Ovi_Jer, multam' again ). Comutatorul benzina/gaz (stins / pregatit de pornire pe gaz / pornit pe gaz) Butelia in portbagaj Busonul de umplere Sub capota In dreapta, vaporizatorul. Si emulatorul pentru injectoare, langa sigurante. Electrovalva. Mixerul. Burduful original a fost prea lung, si statea periculos de fix, asa ca a fost inlocuit cu un burduf de carburator Dacia Sonda lambda. Motorasul pas-cu-pas. Electronica. Vederi de ansamblu. -
Tot la asa ceva ma gandesc si eu de ieri. Ceea ce-mi venise in minte era lipirea LEDurilor cu pinii mult scurtati (ca sa nu se miste) intr-un fel de "sfera", tocmai pentru a obtine si lumina laterala. Adica, sa iasa nu ceva de genul asta: ... ci ceva de genul asta: Bineinteles, nici varianta din urma nu e perfecta, eu ma gandeam la ceva mai sferic (pe forma becului) si cu mai multe LEDuri pe laterale, orientate in mai multe directii. Evident, numarul de LEDuri necesar ar creste mult (ma gandeam la 8 orientate pe axa fasungului, si inca cel putin 8 - preferabil 16, pe laterala).

Din ciclul "TomTom si Route 66 or fi ele ok pentru navigatie, dar parca ar mai trebui cate ceva", am gasit urmatoarele programe testate si verificate pentru Symbian: SmartComGPS Smartphoneware Google Earth Companion Cu asta din urma m-am inteles cel mai bine, si mi-a placut exact ceea ce spune si titlul ca face: noteaza periodic coordonatele GPS, iar traseul poate fi vizualizat in Google Earth. Un review se gaseste aici, cu niste poze; si iata cum arata un traseu importat din program in GEarth: Habar n-am ce e cu dunga aia dreapta, eu am mers Targoviste-Gaesti-Pitesti-Ramnicu Valcea (fara autostrada).

Luat azi un ADAPT AD-500 cu tehnologie Nemerix, la 370 RON din Carrefour. Gaseste repede satelitii, si bateria cica ar tine pana la 20 de ore. Mi-a placut ca adaptorul de bricheta are iesire USB E mic (55 grame) si compact. Review in engleza A mers fara probleme cu TomTom si Route 66 instalate pe Nokia 6680 cu Symbian.

Nu sunt de Kalos, ci de Lanos. Sunt si la Nicu Barbu pe site ( http://www.autodaewoo.ro ): "Set etrieri Cielo (pt modelele cu janta pe 13") cu placute mari (placute de Matiz) - se obtine o imbunatatire considerabila a coeficientului de frinare ; pret: 434.00 lei". Am eu pe Cielo asa ceva, si da, se simte diferenta la franare; doar ca placutele de Matiz se duc mai repede in timp, dar merita. -
