  1. Turbo left on the pictures: Garrett T3 stage3 turbine, T04E trim57 compressor 440+HP Turbo right on the pictures: Garrett GT3071R 480+HP Lanos ST on GT3071R... Last year, I was on dyno tune up again.. Muha did the great job... We set on 220-230kpa absolute pressure, and the car made 395 to 405HP... 440Nm of torque... The EGT went a bit high 950 degree, so this is it for this turbocharger and this exhaust system... the result: BMW E92 335i chiped on 430HP smoked! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OSfwGbQ0BUU This year, I hope for 500HP and 600Nm...
  2. I was on a dyno tune up... The car made 347HP (310WHP), and 410Nm of torque on 200kpa... This is the limit for this turbocharger... Torque could be raised, but it's not an option for FWD, because, now, it doesn't have traction 0-60mph. With more torque, it would have traction 0-80mph... I have tuned VEMS's launch control vs rpm table, and I have made pretty good times on chinese summer tires (4 days old) TRACMAX P106 RADIAL.. Here are the times messared with my TCM: 0-60km/h (0-38mph): 2.5s 0-100km/h(0-62mph): 4.7s 0-160km/h(0-100mph): 11.1s 0-200m(1/8mile): 8.32s 0-400m(1/4mile): 12.93s@115mph I would add 0.1s-0.2s to this times and call it accurate... But never the less, this are the times on normal road, with normal summer chinese tires, and with car that has LPG and weights around 2500lbs (1200kg) with full interier without rear seats (20kg), and with some problems with gear shifting... The car completes first gear in 2.5s, second gear in 2s, third gear in around 3s, and forth gear in around 4s and that is 1/4mile, plus gearshifting time inbetween...

  4. Walbro255 fuel pump, made in usa (yeah right), I have opened it after it has melt down... No wonder I had engine starting failures after engine start up and have melted 2 pistons... I have returned the original fuel pump in the fuel tank, and have no starting issues (except of strong drilling noise). I have made swirlpot. Swirlpot theory: 5 hours of drilling, grinding, sanding, etc, a few bucks for brewing and here is the resault! And it is mounted in the front right fender. Now I have stereo noise from fuel pumps... Abstract: bosch fuel pump 200$ swirlpot 40$ hoses, clouts 50$ Eye exam on the emergency room 10$ total: 300$...
  5. Thank you. well barely legal... It could be tuv tested and legalized but it needs more time and money... I love this car but it already have 9 years... In a few years when chasy brakes from this torque, I will buy opel speedster or daewoo G2x or opel GT and transfer the engine... Little update...
  6. I have made the hardware for the control of the car's air conditioning. The manual A/C will be converted into one-zone fully automatic air conditioning, which can be managed with 2 buttons of those little blue LCD screen, or if you have carPC then with touching the screen of the CarPC and setting up the air-conditioning... BTW, it's 10.4''inch VGA touch screen for carPC and megatune shown on the picture..

It still needs a lots of work... 1. swirl pot with added second fuel pump (bosch 044). 2. water injection pump 3. remaping on dyno 4. clutch kit 5. gearbox rebuild with longer FDR (maybe 3.2 or 3.0 now it's 3.72) And I think then, that is it... And thats another 2000EU... With 8000EU already put inside the bonet, that would be nice round figure of 10.000EU...
  9. Just clutch kit... The F28-FWD gearbox can stand up to 1000HP... But I was thinking about rebuilding gearbox...
  10. After thrall remaping on dyno and road... I think that it would output 350HP on the crank at 1.6bar (260kPa) with this turbo..
  11. Enjoy... I know I will... Garret T3 trim60, 0.63A/R ex, 0.42A/R inlet, Toyosport manifold, external wastegate, 3'' downpipe... Head valve works... Headworks... Better than new... Then I have ordered this... 2x12'' 1500cfm each at 2200rpm.. 2'' thick...

Lanos ST catches it and pass by it in the 4th gear (just before 1/4 mile mark)... M3 is left behind... On the second run, rolling start, Lanos ST takes advantage at leaves S3 and M3 behind..
  15. Last Friday I have smoked the new Audi S3 (with miltek exhaust)... Last Saturday I have installed new big injectors (630cc). And yesterday I have fried the 3rd piston or piston rings...

  17. There are no bigger injectors for LPG and also bigger reducers... I could put 2 reducers with 8 LPG injectors.. But why bother with it... I'm using biggest MED injectors and biggest landi renzo reducer... 4 injectors and I could get no more then 180HP on LPG...
  18. I allready have LPG sequential injection, but I removed all the wiring and electronics for LPG... VEMS will drive LPG also... LPG cannot supply more than 45HP per cylinder... So LPG is for cooking and slow driving... 300cc fuel (gasoline) injectors have limit of about 250HP... I have reach that limit, so I will buy 1000cc injectors just to be sure... Cornering and track doesn't interest me. It's dangerous and you can kill yourself or your car in a second. Not to say that big engine torque in corners will brake the chasy and gearbox anyway... So, no thank you. Just the strait line... And you can use all the 300HP on FWD on the strait line... Well it is hard, because you drive like slalom on strait line, but it's fun... And what a rush...
  19. 400m time is much better... Of course it can coupe with 300HP. But the point is to limit power in first, second, and third gear... That little thingy is called TC (traction control), and I will be working on it, as soon as I get LPG working and bigger injectors...
  20. My friend Damir Muha, did the first configuration and the engine started... Alto the knock and hall sensor aren't configured, and he did only preliminary mapping with retarded spark, and the injectors are too small, on 0.7bar the car is like the beast on steroids... In the second gear on good road when rpm reaches 4500rpm, it looses traction. In the third gear it's hard to control as it swings on the road as wheels are getting traction... It pulls harder above 6000rpm, and pulls hard all 6 gears... Stock ECU and this one, alto the boost is only uprated from 0.6bar to 0.7bar, and with no overboost (stock had 0.8bar overboost) difference is big.. Now I need bigger injectors, and must learn a lot about configuring VEMS to enable LPG (bifuel staged support and knock sensor)...

  23. I have test the car now with big IC, and it goes over 6100rpm in 6th gear... Calculating with tire size 195/45-R16 it's over 245km/h... Speedo lies about 10% and says 225km/h... I use 10impuls impulsgeber and should use 11impuls one, witch doesn't exist... I will check the speed with GPS and found out exactly how much it lies... It goes over 6100rpm in 6th gear, but I don't like to keep it in the boost for a long time.. It goes around 15s from 100km/h to 200km/h... That is nice for stock boost... When I boost it up to 1bar, I will do the tests again..
  24. I was on MAHA dyno brake to have initial values before tuning business. It was a little below 200BHP (160WHP) and about 256Nm on 0.4bar. It didn't want to go to 0.6bar witch is stock value... I have found out later that first gear switch was wrong... On MAHA Dyno brake So this is the moment for our memories... My goal is 1bar with 1.3bar overboost and SA VEMS with about 300BHP and 450Nm... So let the games begin... I have bought new distribution, water pump, and inlet cam... Fuel Pressure Regulator... Automotive Racing Products screws... Had some work to do... Changed distribution, inlet cam, water pump, ARP screws, etc... Ordered a new InterCooler from US... Here is compare my new vs stock C20LET IC... Catch of the week! It's a big fish! Then I get impulsgeber (VSS) from DE, it's a "AD", 10 impulses per rotation.. Now it shows speed almost correctly, but I think it still shows a little less then the speed.. I will compare it to the GPS to be sure... And then after a whole day of hard labor, the big fish IC is on the car... It's 29x6x5'' or 75x15x13cm, with 3'' (76mm) pipes... Now I have to e-manage the engine and release the beast! Maybe I would get some 440cc injectors... And fix the hood, and the bumper (last winters crash )
