Daewoo Cielo Idle Speed

i want to know the exact idle speed for my cielo car (1996)

-when i start my car when its cold (cold start) the rpm meter increase to 1.6 (1600rpm) and

-after my car is warm the rpm meter decrease to 1.1 (1100 rpm) ans stay fixed as the car is on.

-is that good,bcz i think its high,if i want to adjust it from where i can do ,i tried form fuel level screw but couldnt decrease it any more ,is ther is any idle speed adjusting place.

Normaly it is arroud 800-900rpm, try and reset your ECM
