Daewoo Cielo Overheat Problem (again :((

Recommended Posts

i mentioned to this problem in pervious topic, and im posting here it again so please help:

-the car is working fine ,when moving upward roads like mountains or when the car is on idle speed for some time on traffic the water inside the water bottle start boiling and evaporate later if its on for more time:

-thermostat is removed so water is directley circulating through motor and radiator( the returned line from water to bottle is normall and its level increase at high speed so the pump is working fine knowing that i cahnged it also )

-adiator fun is connected directley so its always on with a normal speed.

-radiator is brandnew installed

-coolant liquide is is used (antifreez)

i noticed that when the car motor goes overheat i can hear a sound from the motor (like vlaves strong sound) and a white smoke out from the exhaust, knowing that ther is now water on the oil can be seen also the water level doesnt decrease in water bottle if the car not gone to overheat

any help please?its make me crazy?

You probably have a blown head-gasket. All of the modifications you made (no thermostat and fan allways on) are not such a good idea. Go to a repair shop, because the problem is serious and isn't a thing you can fix on your own unless you have experience and the adequate tools.

if there is white smoke at the exhaust, and combined with your symptoms - it's 95% a blown head gasket

after you get it replaced, put the thermostat and the normal connections of the radiator fan
