exactly .. it should be at least 7 flat when I solve the exhaust problem ..and on some ligteh , smaller rims.. yes , the ECU is in the sam place..

EDIT: my exhaust id 50mm now..stock from old engine..so it is far to small for the Xe ..it has to be 60mm..with that kind of exhaust I measured 7,5 to 100..

The engine is not stock .. it was measured on MAHA dyno aand it gave out 172BHP .. Here is the engine in athe car it was before,a Lanos ..and my car should be a little lighter than the Lanos ..

The engine fits perfectly..the only thing to adapt is the servo .. And the power is awsome..I would say that the car goes around low 7sec to 100 ...

thanks for putting your car here I see you have done a lot of things to it..the thing I like the most is the Engine.. 14s QM is very good .. what do you have the in car PC connected to ? what can you do with it? I like your choice off paint..when are you going to paint it? BTW .. the dccb.de forum doesnt work now ?

yes, it has 95 hp .. I dont know what I am going to swap yet.. I have 3 options , it depends on how much money I will have and what engines I will be able to buy.. a can go withg the 2.0 16V C20XE and get some heavy atmo power..I can go with 2.016V turbo C20LET and have a million hp LOL , but its very expensive... but I think I will go with the daewoo 2.0 16V 136hp S20DET ..and put a turbo on it..it shoudnt be so expensive an it should be really good to tune..I will see..

LOL about the pics , nicname and google did you swap your engine or is it the serial 1,8 in the espero that has 95 hp ?because I have that...youve got a great time.. respect..

The bumpers were made by a friend..he owns a firm that does bumpers.. but they dont have good ideas ,they know how to bild them they just dont have the imagination , so I drew the bumpers in photoshop and on paper and gave the photos to them, they did the rest, and did an excellent job.. nice engine mod, did you measure it a bit? 0-100 ? 402 ? I plan to swap my engine after the winter, turbo fun .. I first wanted to swap the rear axle because when I put 18" wheels on it my friends laughed at me because of the small drum brakes , the next conversion is for the front , something like 340 mm discks and big callipers.. the last thing I saw about your car is the photos like on your avatar, did you do anything else? Do you maybe have a link where I can take a look ? Its great to finally find someone who also likes Esperos , because I own the only tuned Espero in Croatia.. thanks ..I saw your car on the dccb forum or something like that ( but I think its not working now ? ) yes , the rear axle is from a Vectra 2.0 ,you can take it eve from a kadett gsi , they are the same..and it is wider than the espero axle about 1 cm .. it doesnt matter if it has ABS or not..I dont have it on my espero so I just didnt connect the sensors ..I just took them off..and thats it, it brakes excellent now EDIT: if you have ABS on your espero just connect it to the new axle , its the same I think..

Im not sure.. I am painting it mat black because the inside of the rims, and the edges of the doors will be mat black to..also ne "nets" on ther font bumper are comming in black.. I will see..

thanks man I will try to take care of all the gaps on monday , tuesday, when I take the car to the guy who made the bumpers, he will fit them perfectly , and also glue the sideskirts an the rear wing on so they fit too

no , the roads are very bad actually , but I dont mind..its not so low , the front is 12 cm and the rear 15 cm ..plenty of roam.. the car is going to be in pearl white , and the diffuser on the back is going to be painted in mat black.. i still have to mount an exhaust pipe in the midlle..

Hi , and thanks.. I saw your espero a long time ago on cardomain I think..its very good.. I dont know the code number for the spring, I just ordered for Espero, and the springs for nexia came..it just fell a little more.. if you cant find it you can also take the springs of an opel kadett.. and the weell spacers..there are bolts for 2cm spacers..I have 3 cm spacers and i have 8 bolts per wheel , 4 fasten the spacer to the hub, and the other four then fasten the wheel to the spacer ..

Hi, my name is Vedran , I am from Croatia and I drive a 97' Daewoo Espero So here it is.. it was like this before I got my hands on it I bought some new rims, from factory 185/65/14 I went to 215/35/18 I had to put some track spacers on the rear axle , 2cm on each side but then it was normaly very high , it looked like a monster truck so , I ordered Eibach springs -30mm for it, but by mistake they gave me -30mm for Nexia , and it lowered the front about 70mm and the rear about 40mm , I was very pleased that was it for a while.. then the project started > because of the big rims, the rear brakes looked silly , so I got the rear axle from a Vectra 2.0 first I dissasembeled it..because it was rusty and didn't work .. By ViperZG I got rid of all the rust and painted it in mat black By ViperZG the callipers were repaired , fitted with new parts..
