Iertare ca ma bag ca musca in lapte, dar am nevoie de ajutorul celor priceputi la camioane si la internet. Imi trebuie si mie schema sistemului de franare de la Scania 142 M (toate cele:electrica, hidraulica, pneumatica, etc.) M-am laudat la cineva (un mecanic bun, dar nepriceput la internet)ca pot sa gasesc orice schema a oricarei componente a vreunei masini pe internet. N-am reusit singur, de aceea va solicit ajutorul.

Compared with drum brakes, Scania disc brakes provide shorter braking distances. When drum brakes and disc brakes are perfectly bedded in and in a cold state, there may be little to choose between them. But after prolonged application, their superiority is increasingly apparent. The disc brakes are more stable, more consistent, have shorter stopping distances and better response in an emergency.

 

The brake discs are vented, which lowers the working temperature of the tyres and wheels. This has a positive effect on the service life of the tyre. It also reduces the risk of separation between the tyre carcase and the tread.

 

Furthermore, as a result of EBS (Electronic Brake System) actuation of each wheel brake is instantaneous in direct proportion to pedal pressure. This greatly enhances stability in all conditions and eliminates much of the unwanted drama and stress associated with emergency stops. Such an immediate, balanced and stable response is not possible with even the most sophisticated pneumatic arrangement.

Since the advent of dependable disc brakes for trucks, the demand for drum brakes has steadily diminished. This trend is likely to continue, not least because disc brakes are lighter, have more consistent high level of performance, and are easier to check and maintain.

 

However, the operating conditions associated with the construction industry make drum brakes the favoured option for many operators. And there are certain specifications of vehicles supplied by Scania that only offer drum brakes.

 

Current availability of drum brakes is on any tractor or rigid with a high chassis (mandatory), optional on all normal height chassis with steel/air or all-steel suspension, and no availability with low or extra low chassis.

 

Scania has maintained development of drum brakes in conjunction with ABS in order to ensure that braking performance meets the needs of construction companies. Routine maintenance at each wheel is limited to three grease points. Inspection apertures enable checking the condition of the brake shoes.

 

Drum brakes are robust. By their nature, they are well-equipped to operate effectively and reliably in muddy, dusty, wet and sandy conditions; this is why they are preferred over disc brakes for off-road applications.

 

However, they offer no other advantages. They are heavier – typically on each rear axle between 27 to 60 kgs, adding up to 120 kgs to a three axle truck.

 

Over time, it is likely that technical solutions will be adopted to make disc brakes more suited to the off-road environment. Even so, drum brakes will always be offered where they give functionality, performance and reliability up to customer expectations and in line with regulatory bodies.

Ce stiti de conceptul asta? Eu am ramas... Apropo Pitic cu ce ocazie ai manevrat excavatorul? Daca vreti detalii despre utilaje va mai ajut eu :) momentan asta imi ocupa cam tot timpul. Acum lucrez la proiectul unui incarcator frontal :)

pai nu este primul utilaj pe care il operez :D dar ideea de baza e ca odata ajuns in cabina nu realizezi cat de mare este masina de sub tine

daca citeai, am dat deja raspunsul...

diferenta e ca la cele mari a drumul mai lung pe scari pana la cabina :) ) ; si trebuie sa fii mai atent la lumea din jurul tau

Daca te uiti bine o sa vezi ca are chiar 23 de proiectoare nu 22.
